  4. Go to the right-hand side screen, select the ‘Sign in with a Microsoft account instead’ option.
  5. Now, input your contact number, email ID, or name of Skype that is linked to your Microsoft account. Enter the details and then choose the Next button.
  6. Finally, input the password and continue to sign in to the account.

Add the MS Account Again

In case you were already logged in, you can add the Microsoft account again in the following ways:

  1. Navigate to the Settings option on your system.
  2. After that, choose the Accounts option.
  3. You should delete the MS account and restart the system.
  4. Now, get back to the section of Accounts again and redo the procedure as described previously.

Reset Windows

  1. Go to the device Settings.
  2. You should click on the section of ‘Update and Security.’
  3. Navigate to the Recovery option and click on it on the left-hand side.
  4. Beneath the ‘Reset this PC,’ select the button of ‘Get started.’
